Use case 01 · Technical translations

Drop a file in a folder. Get industry leading results back.

How an engineering team turned a SharePoint folder into a German-to-Romanian translation pipeline — manuals, A3 side-by-side spreads and DIN A0 technical drawings, every element exactly where it was.

The starting point

Technical documentation moved between languages the slow way: hand off the file, wait, then rebuild the layout around the new text. For A3 side-by-side manuals and DIN A0 drawings, the reformatting cost more time than the translation itself.

The build

How the team built it.

Everything below was assembled inside worX — a Space, an Automation, a knowledge base and an agent.

01
A Space for translations
A dedicated Space becomes the home for the whole pipeline — Automation, agent and knowledge base in one place.
02
An Automation watches SharePoint
People drop files into a SharePoint folder. The Automation picks each one up and creates the translation file.
03
Knowledge mining builds the glossary
The Space's knowledge base is mined into a technical glossary and electrolyser know-how that feed the translation agent.
04
The trained agent translates
The agent is selected in the Automation, and finished translations land in a second SharePoint folder.

Inside the deployment

Same page, second language.

worX's extended document translation reproduces each page as it was authored — only the language changes. The drawing frame, the table, the callout: all still exactly in place.

The drop folder, the Automation and the translated output — one pass, layout preserved.

What it changed.

Translating a document is no longer a project. It is a folder.

The whole workflow, for everyone on the team: drop a file in one folder, collect it from the other.
Layout survives translation — A3 side-by-side spreads and DIN A0 drawings come back with every element in place, text in Romanian.
The agent keeps improving: every document added to the knowledge base sharpens the glossary and domain knowledge it translates with.
Runs centrally on a server for the whole team — the same worX that runs as a personal tool on any desk.
